# Terms of Service Last revised: 29 September 2026 These terms describe use of the Cypher website at cypher-hub.com. They are website terms; software development engagements require a separate agreement. ## 1. About Cypher and these terms This website is operated by Cypher d.o.o., Medulinska 2, 31000 Osijek, Croatia. In these terms, Cypher, we, and us refer to Cypher d.o.o. You can contact us at info@cypher-hub.com. These terms apply to browsing and using the website to the extent permitted by applicable law. They do not establish a paid service relationship merely because you visit the site, send an enquiry, or view a portfolio. ## 2. Website information and enquiries The website describes web, mobile, backend, AI integration, agent development, and workflow automation services. Descriptions, examples, and availability are general information, not a binding offer, price quotation, performance guarantee, or commitment to accept a project. Some imagery is AI-generated and illustrates software or workspace concepts. It should not be treated as an actual screenshot of a delivered client product or a photograph of Cypher's premises. The contact form delivers enquiries through our email service. A success response confirms acceptance by the mail server and does not guarantee inbox delivery or a response within a particular time. You can also email info@cypher-hub.com directly. The separate newsletter field is not connected to a subscription service and does not create a subscription. ## 3. Separate project agreements Before paid work begins, the parties will agree in writing on scope, deliverables, fees, taxes, payment schedule, dependencies, acceptance, intellectual property rights, confidentiality, data protection, maintenance, and termination. An agreed project contract governs that engagement and takes priority over these website terms if they conflict. These terms do not transfer ownership of project work, create a support obligation, or replace a data processing agreement where one is required. ## 4. Acceptable use Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, disrupt availability, impersonate others, send unlawful material, or infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights. You are responsible for having permission to share material you send us. Please do not send confidential credentials or sensitive information until we agree an appropriate secure channel and any necessary confidentiality arrangements. ## 5.
